AMERICA SWISS SERVICE!! I WILL NEVER USE THEM

I have been being my jewelery from American swiss, Cresta, for long time and never have they impressed me with their service. I took necklaces to them to send it for repairs and they wouldn't get back to me as promised with a quote to repair it or to say it is there etc, i have had to call them constantly and then they would call me back, but never do. I had the same problems with rings etc.

2 years ago i bought a bracelet from America Swiss in Cresta. I bought it as a present for my boyfriend. he had it on, 2 days afterwards it broke, so i had to send it back for repairs. About a month ago it broke again, on the exact same place. I decided that I will take it to America Swiss in Westgate, with the hope that their service would be better than Cresta's. I was there on Saturday 11 May, I was told by the lady who assisted me there, that the workshop will fetch the bracelet on Monday 13 May and I will have a quote on Wednesday 15 May. I havent heard from them. Friday 17 May i contacted them to find out what is happening, they would get back to me. I had to call them 3times before i had a actual quote and reply on what is happening. Needless to say, i didnt go ahead with the repairs
