I would like to congratulate Darren (owner of Gienius Smartphone Repairs) Hobart Road Bryanston on his team, namely, Alon, Lara, Rene, Lucas, Nikki and Kyla for the brilliant service I received to have an iPod fixed. After numerous trips to the main iPod stores in the many Northern Suburb malls (where I received really bad service and total disinterest in my problem with the iPod) I was directed to Gienius Smartphone Repairs in Bryanston. I received superlative customer service from Alon who went out of his way to assist with my problem and came up with possible solutions as to how he could fix it. Three hours later I received a call from Lara, informing me that my iPod was fixed and ready for collection, this at 17:40pm when you would expect a business to be closed.

My recommendation: Go to Gienius Smartphone Repairs, Hobart Road, Bryanston for any Apple repairs. It certainly is worth the trip.
