Good customer service

Thank you for the good customer service and for the delivery of my product. A couple of things that I would like to point out:
-Please answer your emails otherwise dont publish an email address on your website.
-Insurance for post office parcels is 3% for this year not 2.5 %. Please update details on your website.
-Use another courier service - Fastway courier service is hopeless.
-Read your reports on Hellopeter.com

I have already contacted the company and brought up all these issues. I hope that they actually respond - there is always room for improvement.
