MAKRO loses my business and my Companies in turn!

Bought a SAMSUNG Mini HIFI specifically with Karaoke function for kids - Salesman hence also sold me a Phillips Microphone SBCMD110 - connected all and Microphone does not work - at all. Phoned MAKRO this morning and passed from pillar to post telling the same story over and over. Mario was helpful and tested connectivity in store and reported it worked but only at full volume! I then spoke to Camila - Manager - explained the whole story again - she said she would go and talk to Mario and phone me back. After 2 hours I phoned her on feedback and she reported Mario in equity meeting. Mario then phones me back saying Camila had asked him too! Long story short - Camila phones back and says the Microphone is compatible if the volume is full! MAKRO only sells 1 Microphone and Camila continues to argue the products are compatible and I keep asking why I was told Philips product would work in the first place. Have given up arguing so will return all at my own time and expense and MAKRO loses my business. I purchase ALL my office supplies from chairs to kettles to desks to computers - R19K last month in fact. GOOD BYE MAKRO. PS: no management details on website at all - no surprises there!
