SOLD ME THE WRONG IPAD

Electronics and household app.

On Sunday the 20th of Jan my family and myself went to go Ipad shopping. The day before i have visited the store to query about a special that was running over the radio. Not knowing you had to provide a student card. I returned the following day for my purchase. I do not know anything about the Apple product as it is my first purchase. I have explained it to the Sales Consultant and i have told him that i need an Ipad where i can use a data card. He assisted me in a fast professional way. Just to get home to start playing on my new toy I've realised that it's not a 3G Ipad.

I phoned the istore this morning to tell them the situation and the young lady that i spoke to was very rude and unproffessional in assisting me. I was told that they will refund me but not for the extra screen protector that i have applied to the Ipad and a handeling fee. I feel it's very unfair to spend more money on an item that i never wanted. I've explained to the Sales Consultant exactly what i wanted and i trusted him to sell me the right product. I'm very annoyed and frustrated with this situation.

I feel it's unfair to steel more money for a mistake they made!!!
