Poor Build Quality

Our company bought a CLP-320 Printer for business. Within a month the unit was faulty. We sent it into your repair center after a month we received a new printer mostly thanks to the great service from Waltons V&A and your repair dealer CPP.

The new printer was faulty within the first day of use! This is a joke we re returning for a full refund and NEVER EVER buying Samsung products again. This is not our first issue with you companies poor build quality.

Here is a good tip build stuff that works and a reasonable price and take the time and care to make sure it is right before putting it on sale! It seems as if you are trying to bang out as much as you can as quickly as possible before it is done right and using the cheapest parts possible.
