Samsung 30-day Promise not being Kept

I bought the eco bubble washing machine and sent the forms for the 30 day challenge, for the free washing liquid, R500 voucher and collection of old machine.
I have tried numerous time to get hold of someone but each time the response is we will call you back, but no one ever does.
Emails are also not replied to.
