TV repair tech does not do his jo

On the 27th April Clive came to pick up the TV for repair. After many phone calls to him over the last few months to find out what is going on he keeps coming up with excuses! First he could not get the part, then he had received the incorrect part, then he can not fix it and now when told to return the TV he does not do so. He advertised in the local focal who does not accept his business anymore and they can also not get him to return the TV. Apparently he has done this alot.
