Promise to repair but don't delive

Neville Swart purchased a 12000btu Air cash from Capital Air on the 13 January 2013.Invoice no. 15094.
He phoned to have it installed. They said that they would send someone out Friday morning the 18 January 2013.They arrived at 5.00pm to install the aircon. The charge was R750.00 plus extra for piping of R360.00. We paid cash.
Since Friday night the aircon has been leaking on the carpet in the room. Early Saturday moring we phoned to advised them that the aircon was leaking. They said that they would send someone out. After numerous phone calls to Ritsi the manager no one came out.
I called 8.00am this morning and spoke to Dawood to advise him that the pipes are still leaking they said that they would send someone out. Still no one has come to fix it.
