Bought 25k worth of rubbish

Electronics and household app.

Purchased 25k package fro Deon Wired Toti. Reported 2 of the appliances faulty, took 2 weeks to get LG rep at our house, came to check 1 appliance only said nobody told him about fridge but logic states you are here check it but no we must book again to get a rep out. Dish washer faulty and will be replaced in 2 to 3 weeks??? 2 weeks later no call back on faults logged with fridge that does not dispense ice or water and has broken components over a month since complaints logged still no replacements. Poor service no back up on appliances. 10 year warranty is rubbish if they are faulty from the start and cannot sort out after a month. Deon wired states it has taken this long as they are waiting for LG to send through approvals, 1 month, pathetic service and pathetic products will never buy or recommend LG to anybody in fact will bad mouth this product from here to the moon. Deon can take your from my house and refund me so that I can by a product that works and that has a back up unlike LG!!!
