Been without a fridge for 10 days

We bought a fridge from Hirsch's in Centurion, the fridge is only 10 months old. The problem arose when the fridge stopped cooling but still had lights and displayed the temp. I logged a call with Samsung first thing on Friday morning 21st June, and was advised by the agent that they will respond soonest as a fridge is a critical appliance (you have no idea until you live without a fridge for an extended period and lose hundreds of rands worth of food).

An SMS was sent to me with my reference number 4135446433 and on Monday a technician from Prolad Electronics was dispatched to my home. This is where the fun and games started... I have been given 3 different stories re the problem, apparently Samsung have failed to dispatch the part/s and are the cause for this lengthy delay. On each occasion I have had to phone the technicians myself to get an update and only once was I called proactively. As recently as 10 minutes ago I was advised that there were "2 faulty parts, no wait, its only 1, we think one part has already been replaced, no scratch that, were not entirely sure"... You get the picture!

Come on guys, get your act together!
