So I send an e-mail from the LG webiste this morning with regards to my Top Loader washing machine that has physically come apart only to get an e-mail response stating that I must call the call centre, see mail below.
"Hello Simla,
Please contact our call centre on tollfree number 0800545454 to book a service call
Kind regards"
No name attached. Never the less I call only to be put thru' to 3 different people, who are not product educated might I add, when one says I will have to pay a call out fee of R300 and then the cost of any parts.

Now my question is how was this machine built if it physically came apart! Why would I have to pay for something that was not mechanically sound. I only have this machine for like 5 years. Pathetic customer service
and what rights do I have as a consumer in this regards.
