Problem being avoided... for over a yea

I have come to a point where i have no idea what else to say or do.
This fridge problem has been going on for way to long. I have been on hello peter numerous times. i have spoken to Patric (a division manager) once and now he wont take or return my calls. i have spoken to everyone else i possibly can via the call centres. My fridge IS STILL freezing things it shouldn't' .
Can SOMEONE please get back to me and FINALISE this issue.
