Product difficulty and Bad Service

Samsung Galaxy N8000 - Reference nr: CTS-0634213

I have been waiting for more than a month on execution of this request and it has not been finalised.
Please let me give you some perspective on my dilemma:

- I bought the device in March
- I started experiencing problems with it in April where it did not charged fully.
- I took it to the Samsung Customer Care Century City in May where my product where for almost 3 week when I received attached referral - from them to take it back to the place where I purchased it from as to credit or replace as they do not have stock for a new battery.
- Was in contact with Samsung Customer service for 2 weeks their after with no clarity of what the course of action would be when Nicky from the Century City branch contacted me to request book the device in again to finally order the battery.
- A month later my problem still not resolved.

- 16/06 Product booked in
- 24/06 Parts ordered
- 23/07 Still not resolved

I think I have been patient enough. It is unacceptable and incomprehensible that the whole process takes this long
