After phoning the original installer on my Parrot unit that I use in my car to play my ipod who advised me that I need to drive to Pretoria for them to assess, repair or replace it, I googled GT-Installs for a second opinion. Gareth was prompt in his email response and duly followed up with a phone call. When I described the problem he advised that the controller battery probably needed replacing and advised me how to do it. Silly, I know, that I didn't realise this, but he told me what to do and said he would come out to help if I struggled. I did it myself (always the cheapest option), and its working fine. Disappointed the first supplier deliberately didn't advise me on this and delighted with Gareth's integrity on helping out without gain. I hope he succeeds and would recommend his service based on his obvious and documented experience and his work ethic.
