COOKIE CUTTER RESPONSE 13 months of empty promises

ADSL line has been broken for 13 months now, and all i keep getting from them is cookie cutter responses with fictitious escalation numbers, try phoning them as qoute that escalation number .. nothing the operator just says that is not a valid escalation number. [URL Removed]
