E&E Key Cutting and Coding DAMAGED my Ca

I lost my car keys in Sun CIty, however my car was based in Centurion at the time because I drove with a friend. When I returned to Pretoria I found this key cutter and coder online called E&E key cutting and coding based in Centrion. Firstly I asked Ford how much it would cost for a new set of keys and they quoted me R2800 but I had to tow my car to them so logically I decided to go with Eddie who would cut and code keys for my car at the location.
When my key was ready I picked it up from the 'shop' in Centurion only to get to my car and find my boot lock had been ripped out of its socket, my central locking was broken and all the screws for my door and boot panels were either stripped or missing!
I then phoned Eddie and Ellen and they assured me they would fix it. After 3 weeks of constantly phoning and making arrangements which were always either cancelled or followed by a "I'll phone you back" nothing has been done. I payed R3000 for a key cutter to damage my car and not bother to fix or refund me!
