BLOWN AWAY!

I went to this store on the 1st of May and this friendly lady helped me with the application (FNB), she kept her promise by calling me to advice of the outcome but I could not go back to fetch the device. I then went there after work on the afternoon of the 2nd, I recognized her from outside the store and all I asked was if anyone else would be able to help me as it was clear that she was oh her way home. She then volunteered to go back with me to the store to finalize the application and that took at least 30 minutes of her time and all this was done with a smile, as if that was not enough, she even offered to show me how the device works. With such great positive attitude, she will go places and hope you are seeing her as a shining star that she is and that she is rewarded well.
