I was looking to apply for one of those device offers that are offered by FNB.
I went to the iStore, and the service there was terrible.. besides waiting for more than an hour for the guy to assist me with a query after my application was submitted, I was not told any reason why my application was halted.

Eventually I went to the dotFNB store in Eastgate. I was greeted by Thabo, who was very friendly and told me they had the device in stock and I could apply therein..
The whole application process (with filling in forms) took 10mins. After 10mins I walked out with my device and a smile. 10mins compared to over an hour at the stupid iStore!
