REFUND!!!

So it"s another 2 weeks later and no assistance from Intec!!! Only an empty promise as a response. Can Melvyn Moodie give me a call regarding this refund seeing that he is the person responsible for this matter!!!???
I've noticed that he called people back who also struggled to get refunds from Intec!
