Similar to various other complaints, I submitted my registration form long before registration closed, but to date am not yet registered! My registration form was submitted on 19 Jan & payment made on the same date. It seems to me that Unisa is very happy to take our money, but not so keen on providing any services for it. How long can it possibly take to capture 1 simple registration form especially considering that the majority of the information should already be on the system? In EXCESS OF 3 WEEKS!!!

Also I have sent e-mails to the registration department on 5 Feb & again on 7 Feb, but it seems that nobody there feels that responding to queries falls within their job description as I have yet to even receive acknowledgement of receipt. As Unisa has closed the call centre to "improve" communication, you can no longer speak to an actual person.

At this point I am extremely annoyed by this situation and would appreciate it somebody in the registration department would kindly take the time to do their job.

Please do not reply to this complaint with your standard response of being sincerely sorry that I haven't had a satisfactory response from unisa - just FIX IT! Thanks
