Damelin
No one respond to my e-mail

I have registered at Damelin Vaal for the ICB bookkeeping courses. I have been credited for the first course that I have already done last year part time at another institution that only offers part time courses. The children that has already begin from the beginning, didn't receive ANY BOOKS, after 4 modules has been done by now. They have written an ICB test, which cannot be possible because after calling ICB neither I nor one of my colleagues has been registered as a student, so how is that possible to study AND WRITE EXAMS from an institution that no learner has been registered jet. I have also called EDGE learning media (the printers) and they have said to me that no book order has been placed from Damelin Vaal. On the ICB website is there no training provider under the name "Damelin Vaal". I tried from last year to get a time table from them. My father has already called Damelin head office, but after a few promises nothing has chance. After some time of waiting I have found myself a job and can't continue with my full time studies. I ask that a refund will be giving so that I can continue with corresponding. 5 months of my time has already been wasted.
