DAMELIN'S POOR COMMUNICATION OF EXAM REGISTRATIONS

I have always received excellent service from Damelin SA despite what everyone else's experiences have been. But this time I must say I am really disappointed, In March I have still not received my time table so I contacted Damelin. I was sent the time table and was told that it was only a provisional time table. She then said that will only be in the month of May. Today when I tried to register I got told that registrations have now closed. I was led to believe that I still have time because I had not yet received the actual time table; I don't understand how Damelin can expect their students to register without knowing exactly which dates they are going to write on. I have always asked for a time table and have always received the actual one in a timely manner giving me enough time to still register for my exams. I have tried reasoning with the student counsellors but no one seems to care, all they keep telling me is that they can't assist. I must say that is really pathetic considering the facts...
