UNABLE TO OBTAIN RESULTS

Irratated beyond words!! I have been studying part time via Damelin on the ICB courses for my Bookkeeping degree. After numerous emails I have still not been able to obtain my results for exams written in 2010 and 2011!!! Eventually I contacted ICB direct and they were not able to assist but at least had the decency to advise!!! Assistance Damelin Mowbray???!!! Its ridiculous to have to wait 3 years for results!!! I have no idea whether I must redo a course or I have passed this course???!!!
