Financial Cancellation

My subjects for this semester have been financially cancelled without as much as a statement being sent since registration, without as much as an email or SMS reminding me to make a payment. When I submitted my assignments I saw this for the first time. Don't these supposed managers know what it is to service people? Or are they just employed to fill seats? I had to travel which was not planned, I took my material with me so that I could prepare my assignments for submission and the subjects are cancelled.
What does the motto LEARN WITHOUT LIMITS mean? Absolutely nothing because the in finance don't have the common decency to manage their creditors in a service delivery manner other than to derail student's learning curriculum by cancelling modules. The purpose of distance learning is to enable people who WORK for a living to further their studies. Would someone please explain this to these admin people and also tell them that I would gladly pay the amount owing to be able to write my exams in May/June? What a pathetic bunch of people you are. Please try and comprehend our frustration with you and your incompetence by contacting me back??? Seriously???
