This has now become a matter of urgency and I'm at my wits end!!! Please can someone urgently help me out . last semester I was hospitalized and I didn't manage to write my last 3 exams. I was also late on my study fee payment but I did eventually manage to do it.
I am now in a huge predicament as my subjects were "financially cancelled " even thou I did apply for aggregate exams with the online form.
I have been trying to resolve this matter for more than a month and a half with no help and no assistance with countless emails sent and maybe 1 reply.
Finally after phoning the accounts department I was told I had to phone the aggregate department or pay the R 3550.00.
I don't see why I must pay double, I am more than willing to pay interest on being last but refuse to pay double.
I need to register for my new subjects and absolutely no one is willing to help.
