I registered with INTEc sometime last year and requested a cancellation a month later after I discovered there are no classed at all. Not even once a month. I wrote a cancellation request as per their policies and have never received feed back since. Numerous calls and emails from my side followed to no avail. Was even promised calls from supervisors... nothing. I wrote to the consumer protector and the response I got from INTEC was that I could not be given my registration refund. Who said anything about wanting a refund? I had told them I can forfeit the refund and return their books at my own cost.
Now I'm being harrased by NCR saying I have to pay them over R15 000.00 yet in essence I have never studied with them nor used any of their services/facilities. If you can check my INTEc profile my efforts are recorded as per your agents. I am now being listed and expected to settle R15K for a whole lot of nothing.
This is not acceptable at all and I do not have such money to give away for a service I never received and also
having done my part as a customer. I want my credit profile fixed ASAP and please stop harrasing me.
