Lack of response - don't care attitude!

Dear Prof MS Makhanya,

I have some serious issues with the service delivery that is currently been provided by Unisa, since they took away the call centre and implemented the sms/email system the response to queries has been appalling. I've heard so many of my colleagues and friends currently studying at Unisa who face the same issues. I emailed a week ago to the finance email address to find out about a credit on my study fees account as of yet nobody has responded. With regards to my studies with EUP1501 last semester I have sent countless emails the only person who actually responded was Muriel and she has also stopped responding back because she gets no results from the Lecturer. I shouldn't have failed this subject and I can't understand the absolute disregard for the students, its disgraceful. I think there are so many angry people out there because of a lack of communication, if only we would be provided with timely feedback it would resolve a huge amount of issues. Another area I would like to address is the marking of assignments, I received my assignments back from 2 of my subjects in semester 1 after I had written my exams which is inexcusable those assignment
