UNISA BIG TIME!

I registered for the second semester and only paid for my units on the 31st July as this was the cut off date. When I got access to all my subjects i found that i had already missed a few Assignments for this one particular subject - EUP. I failed it last semester and really wanted to give it my all this time but how can i when UNISA doesnt consider assignments, surely whoever plans has some sense - why would they open up registration to so late? It helps in a way because not everyone one has money laying around when they are open for registration, but not to cater for assignments just shows a flaw in their planning. Its been almost a week now and i still dont have access to myitlab nor have been i allocated a group none of their departments respond to my emails including the dept for EUP. I also cancelled a unit and they only reversed R610 why is this when their modules cost R1180 also that i wont even be going the subject? When i search for these 'financial implications' they always talk about, i cant find a thing. And whoever came up with this sms system isnt very intelligent, because UNISA has always been known for lack of customer service this just made it 1000 time worse.
