Intec College
Intec not paying refund back

I approached Intec College in Port Elizabeth to register for a course in Fashion Design. I payed my deposit and started sending my information through to the Consultant. I discovered I was pregnant and immediately cancelled the process of registration in May 2012 sending the letter of cancellation to the Consultant, and it was accepted by her. I was informed then that I should get my refund that I paid back within 3 months. Its now been 7 months later and I still have not received my refund after numerous calls and emails to Intek and the Finance department. They keep informing me they will follow up and get back to me and then they dont. I send more emails to enquire, and after a while I get informed they cannot provide me with a payout date. The application stated that refunds will be paid out 90 days after the registration and its been approx 210 days now aswell as I did not complete registration process. I requested that they inform me on the refund process seen as I did not go ahead with registration as it should have been quicker, and they do not respond to my query. I am very unhappy with the very bad service from Intek College.
