I have pd in full, they insist i owe more, lawyers

My daughter Gabriella Uys was in Curro from 2003. I took her out of Curro last year April. The enrolment form i originaly signed, section H No. 2 states "Parents must give ONE month's notice before taking their child out of the school". I did this on the 10 April 2012 @04.15pm. I sent a fax to Mrs. Barch, telling them that Gabbi would not be coming back to the school, she was now going to go to Equestrian Academy. I have paid Curro now in full. They got Du Plessis & Partners to send me a letter stating i owe them for the whole of May 2012.I paid them till the 11May2012 as this is ONE month notice as requested in above on the enrol form. I did explain to lawyers the break down and that the form does not say One CALENDER month. They are now threatening to summons me for this money and have put my name on the ITC list for 2 years, saying only a court can remove it. My ref No with lawyers is REF.CUR040100024. Elise from the lawyers says i must not include the weekends so i told her then i have actually pd too much, she agreed and said the summons would be on its way. Lawyers say i must pay R3592.94 in 28 days. I DO NOT owe them any more money... please help.
