Online application error, no feedback

I applied via the online channel but upon submitting i recieved an error message stating my details were already submitted on the site. I was instructed to email my problem to unisa applications and did so but still have recieved no feedback. id like to straighten this mess out and get an application in before the closing date or i may aswell go somewhere else.
