Hi,

I registered online through myUnisa for this years 1st semester, somehow I accidentally registered for the 2nd semester instead of the first. I noticed the mistake and corrected it online BEFORE the closing date of registration. myUnisa said that my application would be processed in due course.

A few days after the closing date I still had not received anything from Unisa. On the 30/01 I then sent an email to [Email Removed] querying my application through my Unisa email account. With still no reply from Unisa I sent another email on the 04/02 again querying my application. Later I called Unisa Study and Registration queries (012 441 5888) and spoke to a very helpful person that said he saw my application and would have it corrected in the next 24 hours and that I would be receiving my study material ASAP.

It is now the 27/02 and I have just received a letter of confirmation stating that I have been registered for the 2ND SEMESTER. I have just finished calling Unisa only to be bounced around like a tennis ball and even had the phone put down on me only to told that there is nothing that can be done and I must accept it...?!

May someone please fix this.
