Unisa Application error unresolved

Good day,

I have been trying to apply online for UNISA (closing date 20 September 2013) for CTA level 2 (98255). Due to commitments at work, I cannot attend attend their registration in person.

Whenever I try to apply online it gives me an error so I try the process from the beginning and all my info is there but it gives me the same error over and over when I try to submit.

My application tracking on the website indicates that I have
not applied. I have sent numerous e mails for 2 weeks and tried calling the call center but has not yield any results.

Please help!!!
