NO RESPONSE FROM OMBUDSMAN - REGISTRATION PROBLEM

This is a problem that originated during registration in 2012. I was registered for subjects that I was not supposed to take. I did not receive the material I needed and I also received no response or assistance from UNISA when I lodged the enquiries. I paid monies toward this, which was all in vain. I have submitted various letters as well as a letter of demand and a letter to the ombudsman at UNISA; however, I have received no response whatsoever. I do not want to issue summons against UNISA, I just want what is fair. I do not feel that it is fair for me to pay money to study at an institution that failed to properly register me. (And now fails to respond to me - even a year later). I had to commence studies elsewhere and now I have lost money for UNISA due to UNISA's error.

Please let us resolve this matter as this is truly unacceptable for an Educational Institution.
