Unisa
Another Registration issue at UNISA!!

I have tried to contact UNISA on numerous occasions. I've emailed on the 23rd of January to find out what's happening with my online registration as it has not been approved yet, (registration closes on the 25th of Jan 2013). I have had no success in getting hold of anyone at the UNISA offices.

Payment was made on the same date i registered for a few new subjects, which was on the 22nd of Jan, and I still haven't received feedback.. It is now the 27th of Jan and my registration according to "my unisa" is still in progress.

This is not the 1st time I've had problems with UNISA as i am a former student. Registration is always an issue! They have even couriered my study material to the wrong address twice! I can't even complain about the service because there is no service whatsoever.

They most probably will throw out my registration like last time due to their poor service and i will be forced to put my studies on hold for another 6 months.

This is unacceptable!!
