Dissapointment

I am studying Forensic Biology and DNA through College SA, i am HIGHLY disappointed in the service I receive I was told it is possible to finish my course in one year, which at this stage seems impossible, I have sent in assignments over a month ago and get told the same story over and over again I asked if I could contact the people marking my assignment and was told students are not allowed to contact them directly. I eventually got through to the people marking my assignment (Forensics4Africa) t and was immediately told I am not a client of theirs but a client of college SA. I get no feedback as to when they receive my assignments or when it is in process of being marked I have to call them all the time and every time get told they will send a email and still get no feedback. I find this unacceptable as it makes me no longer interested in studying long distance courses.
