Hasn't issued Diploma - going on for 2years

Enrolled for Graphic Design Diploma which is a 1 year course in 2011. They had a lot of problems in getting all my assignments marked with excuses that they have not received my assignments.. After resending my assignments 3-4 times, they eventually was marked. Since 2012 I have been trying to get my diploma issued, First they told me some assignments where not received, this was for assignments I received marks for I had to resend the marked assignment!!! to them, now after resending every assignment they came back saying one assignment was still outstanding. The model clearly show the phrase "not required for course" this was also send to them, since then nothing no more responses to my email requests. I am very disappointed in the lack of interest and knowledge of their own courses. Highly recommend you go elsewhere to study!!! It is now almost 2014 and this issue has not been resolved nor am I receiving any feedback on my emails.
