Due to very helpful and friendly telesales, I decided to make FBC my choice for a Diploma. That is where the helpful and friendly assistance stopped. My first paymet went off on 30 November 2012 and I was promised in writing and telephonicly my books and study material would arrive within 5 working days. Today is 15 January and now books have amterialised. Fernwood have also decided to debit my account on 2 accasions on the 14th of the month when my contract with the clearly states the last working day of the month. I have spent over 6 hours on the phone with them regarding these issues and the promise is always this, they will be there in the next 2 days. To date no joy. Fernwood are in breach of contract and have comitted by debiting my account without my consent, whenever they feel like it. I have also been told that although my books are late I will still be required to complete the course in the time allocated from the day my first payment was allocated!!! If anyone is considering FBC, I impolore you, think again.
