Shocking Service from Damelin

I enrolled with Damelin on the 24th of January 2013, upon registration I was told that my study material will be delivered within 21 working days. I received my books on the 7th of March 2013, 30 working days later. I opened the package to find that there are 5 books missing. I then emailed my student consultant asking for assistance, he forwarded my email to someone else asking for assistance, I then emailed her again asking for help... no one has gotten back to me! exams start in June/Jul (not too sure as I didn't get a schedule with my books), I cant even do assignment 1 because the books are missing... I am really disgusted in the way I am being treated!
