Bad Service

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service I received from Fernwood College, I enrolled with them in August and was sent my student number which is FBC184470, however upon calling their call centre to follow up today on the (26th of September 2013, ) to see what is causing the delay in getting my study material and to my surprise I was advised that the above mentioned student number belongs to someone else its not mine.

Furthermore the consultant asked me where was this material supposed to be sent to, as the address that was given at the point of registration is not on their system. This honestly made me scared going ahead studying with them, as I feel if they get such important information wrong, what will follow and I subsequently requested for the contract to be terminated. This is extremely dissaponting, as i was honestly looking forward to commence with my studies.
