NO Delivery of Assignments and Books

My daughter wrote her ICB exam in February, after which we asked for her next assignment of books, because she is writing again in May. It is nearly April, and there is still NO SIGN of the books. This week I got a email saying that the books is out of print! How can that be?? I am just wondering, is that maybe a way to make sure the student studies the whole 3 years? By not giving them the study material?? How is she going to study for 2 subjects within a month before the exam? It is redicilous! I am paying for 2 months, without her having any study material!
