UNFAIR MARKING

On 14-02-2013 students were sent an errata message stating that the options to question five of assignment 1 (INUMS0Y) are incorrect and the correct alternative options were provided. We all answered according to the errata message and yet we were all marked incorrectly. Upon bringing this to the lecturer, Ilze Du Plooy's, attention, she disregarded it. Stating that the assignments are marked by the computer and that we shouldn't worry as it only contributes 0.5% to the final year mark. I find this both incredibly unprofessional and unfair. We are not high school or primary school children. We too are adults, most of us employed full-time and having to run a household as well. This is unfair and should not be disregarded!
