No response to assignment query

I was marked down for an assignment, which led to a failing mark, for 'no imagery presented', however on the page that was marked you can clearly see an outline where an image should be, and in that block, text that says 'Image could not be displayed. Your computer may not have enough memory to open the image or your image may have been corrupted.'

I feel I should not be penalised for a problem that could have been with their computers - especially because it clearly showed there had been an image.

I followed the official process, and via my Unisa email, sent a detailed email request to the lecturers listed on the relevant tutorial letter (ENG1502), for the assignment to be re-marked. This was on the 9th May and to date I have not received a response. I also contacted the Assignments Department, who confirmed that I should be contacting the relevant lecturers. I made contact via email specifically to have a written record, as well as provide the lecturers with copies of the marked assignment and the original assignment, with the image.
