Terrible service and RUDE so called manage

We took our gearbox from our Renault Clio to SDG - Transmittion centre on Edwin Swales in Durban to be checked and we were told that it cannot be repaired and we would be charged R450 for them checking it. We sent the mechanic there to pick up the gearbox and pay the R450 this morning and first the manager was so rude to him when asking him to move his f... n car from the way, which he did then they tried giving him the wrong gearbox and when he told them this they started swearing at him and he eventually left the gearbox there. when my husband callled transmission centre he was told they they are still trying to locate our gearbox, then hours later when he called again he was told that our gearbox was in Jhb and will be courierd back by earliest Thursday, now the worst thing is that the manager there Michael Nicholson is SO RUDE, he uses fown language with us on the phone when clearly they are wrong here because how did our gearbox get to Jhb in the first place, we are the ones being inconvinienced here as we needed the car sorted out today so we can get to and from work. Michael's attitude is appauling, he is a rude little man who treats ppl like the rubbish that he clearly is
