Intec College
5 months - still no books

Unfortunately I again need to write on Hellopeter as my problem is still not resolved. I am still waiting for my outstanding material which was supposed to be sent November of 2012. For over 5 months I am unable to continue with my course. I already completed all of my other assignments and only need to complete the outstanding one.

They promised that they would send the outstanding material to me but I am still waiting - its been over 5 months - I mean how long does it take to send material. I've sent multiple follow up emails but never received a reply. I am sick and tired of all this waiting and just want my study material so I can finally complete my course. I don't understand why this takes so long! I am very disappointed in the way Intec is communicating with their students and the service they provide. This is unacceptable. I paid a lot for this course and I expect an excellent service or at least a certain standard of service, but all I have received is disappointment.

Please sort out this issue ASAP. I don't want to wait any longer. The stress that this has caused as well as the inconvenience is just appalling.
