Intec College
Want money but did not receive material

A few years ago I wanted to do a course through Intec, I registered, paid the deposit and started paying them off, I received one book from all the material I was supposed to receive. When I called Intec to please send me the other material I was informed they were out of stock. the next month I contacted them again, and still no books. I then contacted them and informed them that I would not pay until I received my material. Til today still no material but they seem to think they have a right to try and get the rest of the money out of me. Sorry Intec, but your fighting a loosing battle there. I will not pay you for something I did not receive and where I then had to do the course through a alternative institute
