"Debit without my permission"

This company debited money from my account without my permission and the bank gave me the numbers to contact them, only to find out its their collectors called "stratcol" and stratcol gave me the wermarket's direct contacts i have tried several times to no avail. What i want is for them to tell me how and when did i agree to this arrangement of debiting R99.99 from my account and for what was it for? The Reference i got from the bank is REF:63009009 and the reference i got from the sms after the debit REF: Wermarket 54139364wermar130524.
