Nearly a month and still no answe

I processed my registration online at UNISA for my PGCE on the 19 December 2012, paid my study fees in full and my registration still says 'In progress'. Before I registered I checked with the Department of Education to make sure I qualify for this qualification which they confirmed I do. Please can someone update me on my registration or speed my registration up? I would like to purchase my textbooks and start studying.
