Good morning
I was in the Juta store almost a month ago. I place a order with the sales lady who wrote my details in her book. I called to follow-up and find out that my books have not been ordered yet. This is very unprofessional. Clearly there is no procedure in place or the procedure is not being followed by the staff.

When I was in the Parow store I witnessed a customer shouting at the cashier. I thought the gentleman was rude but not I understand why the gentleman became angry. The staff who work in the books shop do not release what such a delay means to a student and it is probably the reason they lack attention to detail.

Staff should have customer service training and procedures should be in place to avoid requires falling through the cracks.
